    Back from Asia and back to work.

    The AFL launched their Indigenous Round at Kuarna Plains School in Adelaide today and I covered it for GSP Images. Port Adelaide was chosen as the team to launch it with AFL Indigenous great, Michael Long speaking also.

    A fairly insipid performance by both clubs yesterday. Neither club really looked to be dominant, despite Adelaide leading all game from start to finish.

    It was my last game for a few weeks as I'm heading to SE Asia this week for some travel work. I'll be updating my blog on a pretty regular basis whilst I'm away so please check back to see some work as it happens.

    The Brisbane Lions looked like they were heading for a thrashing when they were down by seven goals at 3/4 time, and in an unbelievable display of football they turned it around and beat Port by 20 points. A lot will be said, and a lot of blame will be thrown around, but in the end, Port lost, and now have a tough season ahead of them at 0-4.

    Just finished up my edit from the Smashing Pumpkins gig in Adelaide. I covered it for my usual entertainment client, WireImage.

    A good night, albeit challenging with very minimal lighting. I was lucky to see/watch/hear the band play a couple of classics, Tonight, Tonight from Mellon Collie, and Today from Siamese Dream, before I had to slip away and get my pix online.

    After working as a press photographer in Adelaide, Australia for seven years I packed my things up and travelled around Asia and Europe for six months. After the money ran out I relocated to London, where I became an editor for Getty Images. A couple of years later I've moved to Sydney. It's a beautiful spot, and though Paris is no longer just a couple of hours away it is home for now!
